The staff of Valley Credit Union invited members, businesses, and the community to join in their Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday evening. Rich Duncan Construction was there to help Valley celebrate the completion of our full interior and exterior remodel to their building and drive-thru structure.
The remodel, which began in February, was necessary to keep the building operational and structurally sound. All necessary improvements and upgrades made enhanced the banking experience and overall privacy of Valley’s members. The mortgage and lending department saw new offices and private member areas added; the drive-thru structure created additional privacy and protection from elements when in use; the teller lines were enlarged to increase the member’s view and privacy while handling banking transactions.
Daily operations continued during the entire project. Project Manager Scott Jackson and our Rich Duncan Construction crew worked diligently to limit any inconveniences during the construction stages and set the safety of Valley’s staff and members as a top priority.
“As a member-owned retail financial institution, maintaining our business hours and minimizing the impact to our operations was essential. Throughout the entire construction process, the Rich Duncan Construction team has gone above and beyond to meet or exceed our expectations while always putting the safety of our members and staff first and foremost. Their sensitivity to our needs, clear communication and professionalism has ensured a smooth and transparent project. An excellent business partner.”
