Nate Cooke and Dan Ashby of Rich Duncan Construction provided excellent customer service during a tenant improvement build out for Marion County who recently leased office space from Premium Property Management, Inc. Their interface between us, Marion County and contractors was seamless. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way, as typical with any construction project, but Nate and Dan made it as smooth as possible. They came in on budget, on time and did it all with a “we can do that” attitude. They were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend Nate, Dan and Rich Duncan Construction!

We are a small, non-profit medical clinic, which provides free care for the uninsured population. We desperately needed to add office space and were on an extremely tight budget. After requesting bids from three companies, I was thrilled to find that RDC was by far the least expensive. Rich let us know that he was “donating” his profit to our clinic, which allowed us to build out the needed office space. In the end, we were able to move in to beautiful new offices that were constructed with the highest quality! Rich, Chad, and the RDC team are absolutely the BEST!!
