WASHINGTON, D.C. — Rich Duncan Construction, Inc., Salem, OR was named the Northwest Regional Finalist winner for the 2013 Small Business Award® today by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Selected from the 100 Blue Ribbon winners announced on February 8th, Rich Duncan Construction, Inc was chosen to represent the Northwest as the “best of best in this region”.

Rich Duncan, President, will be traveling to Washington D.C. in late April to attend America’s Small Business Summit and accept awards and recognition for this achievement. As a regional finalist, Rich Duncan Construction, Inc will compete with only six other finalists and one winner will be presented with a $10,000 cash prize courtesy of the U.S. Chamber.

The awards program, sponsored by Sam’s Club®, honors businesses that excel in the areas of staff training and motivation, community involvement, customer service, and strategy.
