8 - Lakeside Dentistry This project consisted of the development of 2 acres in Lincoln City. The result was a commercial 3 pad developed site. The 4200 SF Magnificent Dental facility sits on lot A with B & C available. Use of underground self sustaining draining systems was the key to allowing the development to take place.
