11 - Edgewater II We were pleased to be awarded the contract on this 7900 SF Flex space shell building with drive thru. This building is designed for many uses up to 5 tenants will be able to be located in the building. The Architect was Kim Arbuckle of Arbuckle Costic Architects. Funding was by Wells Fargo.
