Oregon School for the Deaf – ABC’s Extreme Makeover

September 2010 – 43 day planning – 131 hours to completion

Rich Duncan Construction was proud to be the Commercial Contractor completing EMHE’s First commercial Duel project build. We constructed a new boys dorm on existing school ground and remodeled 12,000 SF basement of an existing 1953 building. We obtained all the volunteers, materials, and subcontractors to complete the 3 million dollar project. From mitigating Wet lands to the 11,000 volunteer meals, we even obtained “LEED GOLD” certification. We continue our support in Phase II adding more bedrooms to the dorm.
