Since 2002 Rich Duncan Construction has gained vast experience in all facets of construction, our team specializes in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. We have developed the talent and ability to bring each project, the professional relationship with architects, engineers, and designers needed for a successful completion. We are able to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions that fulfill each client's needs. With our "can-do" attitude we have a reputation as a quality firm that gets the job done right and on time. We offer competitive pricing and strive for 110% with a long list of satisfied clients.
Our company has a tradition of being a part of the community, becoming partners in many projects & associations like, members of both Salem and Keizer Chambers of Commerce, Home Builders Association, Donations to various charities, mentors to youth programs, as well as sponsors to many community & school events.
Our Staff maintain continuing education through in house trainings, and seminars on products and applications of materials and weekly staff meetings. We have a strict drug policy, and are members of the Drug Free Workplace Program. Our Employees follow OSHA's approve safety training program and is monitored by our safety officer.
Richard Duncan, President, Rich Duncan Construction, Inc a Member of AIC American Institute of Constructors started in construction in 1989 going to school for building construction, also current board member to City of Keizer's Urban Renewal Board, member of the Keizer Chamber Government affairs and Economic development Committees.
Team Concept
We develop the right TEAM from the early stages of each project. We do the appropriate programming needed to limit the unanswered questions. Constant communication is one of the most important elements of our projects. Prior to start of construction we always provide a pre-construction conference. Our scheduling program "Microsoft Project" provides a detailed schedule for each project, outlining the goals.
